Foundation is tricky. No one’s skin type is the same and works different with foundations. These are just a few that we have found work well. If you are in the market for a new one, you might try one of these.
Anew Age-Transforming Foundation ($15)
A full coverage foundation that stays on all day. Performs like a higher end foundation helping reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles.
MAKE UP FOR EVER HD Invisible Cover Foundation ($55)
This is a full coverage foundation that works well if you have blemishes to cover up. Yes it is very expensive, but it also is thick and smooths out your skin. I would recommend trying a sample to see if you can handle the heavy coverage.
Covergirl Outlast Stay Fabulous 3-in-3 Foundation ($12)
This foundation comes highly recommended for a drugstore foundation. It has a matte finish and you will need to apply immediately after moisturizer. The foundation sets in just a few seconds. Does wonders to cover dark circles under the eyes.
Urban Decay NAKED Skin Weightless Ultra Definition Liquid Makeup ($40)
A light-weight foundation that goes on easily and stays on all day. Won’t clog your pores so if you have skin issues, this might be a good fit for you.

BareMinerals READY Foundation ($25)
A pressed powder foundation that goes on like silk. It’s not oily so helps with clearing up blemishes. If you use s smaller brush, it’s easier to apply. Wears very light and yet has good coverage.
Estée Lauder Double Wear Stay-in-Place Makeup ($42)
Blends well and stays on all day, especially if you set with a powder. It is not oily at all and works well with skin that maintains moisture. Also works well on those that have sensitive skin.
MAC Pro Longwear Foundation ($35)
Gives a flawless coverage. Last all day on most skin types. Feels heavier on the skin so if you aren’t use to a full coverage foundation make sure you try it first. There are a lot of fake MAC products out there, so make sure you purchase the real deal.
L’Oreal Paris True Match Lumi Foundation ($13)
Affordable good coverage and yet light and breathable. Evens skin tone and helps cover blemishes. Most reviews have said it did not cause breakouts, but, it did cover differently on various skin types.
Revlon ColorStay Makeup for Normal/Dry Skin ($13)
This foundation seems to be the best we’ve found for dry skin. It goes on smooth, It has good coverage and blends well. It doesn’t feel heavy and stays on all day. It’s even proven to be water-resistant and sweat-proof. This one comes highly recommended.
Mark Powder Buff Natural Skin Foundation ($14)
This is an Avon brand. Use a foundation brush on it applies evenly to your skin. Works well if you have oily skin. Helps combat the extra moisture your skin produces. Helps cover blemishes and has a nice matte finish.
