These six hotels and guest houses are either Goth or feature a Goth themed room. Check them out. Maybe next time you are near one, you can visit and let us know what you think.
Bats & Broomsticks
Westgrove, 11 Propect Hill, Whitby
A Victorian Gothic Guest House in Whitby that caters specifically to the Goths and Gorehounds who frequent the historic town of Whitby.
The photo above features “The Dracula Room”.
Ron Decars Las Vegas Hotel
Ron Decars is a theme hotel. They feature a Gothic Honeymoon Suite with a bride and groom coffin bed. The room’s decor features tombstones, ghosts, Dracula, Gargoyles and ornate sconces. It even comes with a coffin shaped tub!
Propeller Island City Lodge
Albrecht Achillies Str. 58, Berlin Germany
The Gruft room has two coffins for you and your guest. Or you may sleep below within the labyrinth. They also have other bizarre rooms, like one with a slanted floor, or a bed suspended by ropes. They even have a room with furnishings on the ceiling or a room where you sleep in cages. This hotel is for the adventurous and demented. Perfect for us and our readers. 🙂
Castlehill, The Royal Mile, Edinburgh
This is by far one of my favorite hotels. The dining room is decorate in dark wood and Gothic candelabras. Each of their rooms is elaborate with red, wine, green or black velvet and four poster beds. This hotel is truly the Queen of all Goth hotels.
A non-gaming hotel in Las Vegas that is Gothic from top to bottom. Every room is unique and decorated with different artist’s work. This is definitely Goth overload. But definitely worth a stay if you are ever in Vegas.
