There are thousands of documented cases of missing persons in our National Parks. When you weed out the wild animals attacks and mental illness you are left with 411 mysterious disappearances that vanished with no trace and are unsolved.
Speculations run from UFO to Werewolves.
Fifty percent of the children who went missing returned. The weird part is that the ones that returned won’t talk about their experience or they don’t remember what happened.
Bad weather has been a common factor in the disappearances. Unfortunately the rain also washes away evidence that would be have helped find a lost person.
98% of the disappearances occur in the afternoon.
A two year-old boy was visiting his grandparents in Ritter, Oregon in 1952 when he disappeared. He was found unconscious 19 hours later in a frozen creek bed. To arrive there, the small toddler would have had to run non-stop 12 miles across two mountain peaks in those 19 hours, quite impossible considering his age and size.
There are enough weird and bizarre facts about cases that it has caused quite a stir. The FBI file is massive and highly hush hush.
